There was a moment in my leadership journey that didn’t look dramatic from the outside.

This is something I see again and again with leaders. They don’t need a dramatic wake-up call. They don’t need to hit rock bottom to grow.
They need to be seen.
Seen in the messy middle.
Seen while learning.
Seen while leading without all the answers.

Topics are selected based on the needs and interests of the group. Before the series begins, participants complete a short intake form to help shape the final lineup of sessions.
Each session is a live, 90-minute virtual experience filled with interaction, collaboration, and actionable tools you can apply right away.
You’ll receive access to live sessions, session recordings, downloadable workbooks, weekly reminders, and an online community where you can connect with other leaders and keep learning between sessions.
All sessions are led by Dani Watkins, Chief Learning Experience Officer at Zenith Performance Solutions, a seasoned facilitator with more than 29 years of experience designing and delivering transformational learning experiences. Occassionally, special guests may attend and contribute depending on the topic.
This series combines practical, real-world learning with continuous support between sessions. It’s not just another webinar—it’s an interactive experience that keeps your leaders learning, connecting, and applying new skills every month.

The first session launches on February 17, 2026. Every session is the 3rd Tuesday at 3 pm EST. Group packages can start at any time once topics and schedules are confirmed.

To get the most value, commit to attending the sessions, working through the tools and reflection activities, and practicing a few behaviors that may stretch your comfort zone. Our goal is for every participant to finish feeling that the time was well spent.

Include the work you completed so far, such as attendance at the live session or replay, progress with the workbook or activities, and any community engagement. We will refund your enrollment.
All sessions are delivered live online and are recorded. If you miss a session, you can watch the replay and use the downloadable resources at your convenience.
