Dani Watkins, the Chief Learning Experience Officer and founder of Zenith Performance Solutions, boasts over 29 years of expertise in learning and development, developing custom eLearning courses like onboarding and sales training, and delivering custom technical and business skills training across multiple industries.

How are topics chosen for the individual enrollment option?

Topics are selected based on the needs and interests of the group. Before the series begins, participants complete a short intake form to help shape the final lineup of sessions.

Can I customize the topics for my organization?

Absolutely. Organizations that enroll in the full series can choose the 12 topics that best fit their leadership goals and priorities.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is a live, 90-minute virtual experience filled with interaction, collaboration, and actionable tools you can apply right away.

For Option 2: Organizational Enrollment, how many people can attend from my organization?

Unlimited. Once your organization enrolls, you can invite as many leaders as you like to each session at no additional cost.

For Option 2: Organizational Enrollment, what if we want to repeat sessions for new leaders later in the year?

No problem. We can help you repeat or rotate topics so new managers and leaders can join future sessions seamlessly.

Who facilitates the sessions?

All sessions are led by Dani Watkins, Chief Learning Experience Officer at Zenith Performance Solutions, a seasoned facilitator with more than 29 years of experience designing and delivering transformational learning experiences. Occassionally, special guests may attend and contribute depending on the topic.

When does the 2026 series start?

The public series launches in early 2026. Organizational programs can start at any time once topics and schedules are confirmed.

You’ll have access to a library of over 60 leadership course titles covering topics like communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, coaching, and change management.

What if you decide this course isn't for you?

This series is designed for busy professionals who wear many hats and want practical leadership skills they can apply right away.

To get the most value, commit to attending the sessions, working through the tools and reflection activities, and practicing a few behaviors that may stretch your comfort zone. Our goal is for every participant to finish feeling the time was well spent.

If you do not feel confident and motivated by the series after your first session, email [email protected] within 7 days of the start. Include the work you completed so far, such as attendance at the live session or replay, progress with the workbook or activities, and any community engagement. We will refund your enrollment.

All sessions are delivered live online and are recorded. If you miss a session, you can watch the replay and use the downloadable resources at your convenience.
